We are looking for a highly motivated System Administrator for our Guadalajara operations. The Logistics Administrator is responsible for managing routine orders. This role involves scheduling logistics, creating orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in system administration for the SLS environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Queue Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize IT service requests and incidents using queue management techniques to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- ITIL Best Practices: Implement and maintain ITIL best practices for service management, including incident, problem, change, and release management, to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- System Installation and Configuration: Oversee the installation and configuration of new software, hardware, network, and cloud infrastructure to support business needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Active Directory Management: Manage Active Directory servers, security groups, and group policy development and deployment.
- User Account Management: Oversee the management of user accounts and assets, assigning security permissions on the network.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT department and organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to use ITSM platforms and software effectively.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of computer hardware and repair, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Capable of making analytical decisions that require troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Actively supports and advocates for change within the organization.
- Proficient in ITSM Change Control knowledge and literacy, with a strong understanding of IT security principles.
- Over 3 years of experience managing IT support, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- An ideal candidate holds certifications in ITSM and/or ITIL frameworks.
- Background in Azure data platform services, including CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Familiar with support software such as Ivanti, Cherwell, or equivalent platforms.
- Ensure safety and compliance by following Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards while resolving routine technical issues efficiently.
- Set and meet individual goals aligned with project needs, maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in system configurations, updates, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written updates, timely reporting, and collaborative meetings. Share technical insights, listen actively to team input, and build strong working relationships across departments.
- Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines, troubleshoot system issues, and support team members. Foster a respectful and inclusive environment while helping others grow their technical capabilities.
- Make informed decisions within established IT policies and risk thresholds. Investigate root causes of system problems, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align tasks with business goals, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and support strategic planning. Optimize resource usage, suggest cost-saving measures, and contribute to budget planning when applicable.
- Understand responsibilities and services, apply product and market knowledge to support internal users, and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
