The Technician II - CC is responsible for processing in-bound/outbound customer electronics and associated materials in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines.  Key responsibilities include reprogramming and relabelling memory.

  • Dismantle, separate, and process electronic devices, components, and materials per customer specifications and operating procedures.
  • Debox, sort, separate, and part-harvest electronic devices, components, and materials for resale and/or recycling in accordance with customer specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Properly use manual and power hand tools to aid in dismantling of electronic and other devices
  • Help ensure that customer contract requirements are being achieved in accordance with Statement of Work; report any performance variations to appropriate management upon discovery
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation
  • Effectively use company systems and equipment to ensure accuracy of production process
  • Meet daily/monthly quota based on current metrics standards
  • Perform Lead Associate duties on occasion in their absence if requested
  • Where applicable, help ensure that inbound/outbound freight is coordinated effectively.
  • Where applicable, operate mobile plant equipment and provide training as necessary
  • Participate in relevant training as required
  • Adhere to all security requirements.
  • Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge  (ESD) control requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and execute SOP’s and communicate changes to management.
  • Reprogram and relabel memory.    Ability to operate memory reprogramming and relabelling equipment.   Review test results and identify potential errors as they occur.
  • Other duties as assigned.
