Reporting to Operations management, the ITAD Coordinator supports Operations, Service Delivery and Commercial through the coordination of ITAD client programs. The incumbent will review and audit client material through all SLS processes.  The incumbent will be responsible for data accuracy throughout the auditing and disposition process.

  • Work with Operations to ensure ITAD standard processes are being followed correctly and program requirements are consistently being met.
  • Review all material audited and received through multiple systems (VADIS, and Enwis) for accurate reporting.
  • Approve orders for release to accounting for process and payments and revise statues as appropriate.
  • Define appropriate pricing groups for inbound or outbound ITAD material as needed.
  • Perform quality control checks on the auditing process, refurbishment, reporting and punching requirements.
  • Communicate with Service Delivery Program Managers to ensure client’s needs are being met.
  • Perform electronic transmissions of information from company database to client database. (EDI, API)
  • Review Item statuses and Project Statuses of all inbound and outbound material and orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Monitor COD/punching backlog and ensure that SLAs are met according to the client requirements
  • Participate in weekly Teams meetings
  • Review and report out to management weekly the status of all projects    (PTB , Rack and Shipment Statuses)
  • Communicate with Ops when orders need to be prioritized or when special projects arise
  • Review backlog inventory and report out to management and staff
  • Monitor sublocation movements and assign corrective actions when needed for sublocations
  • Other duties as assigned.
