Purpose of Role:
Manage and administer the various Equipment Management Systems including Operating Expense accounts within Microsoft AX financial system and the Equipment Administration Tool for NAM Metals. Ensuring system operation, compliance, functionality, standardisation, integrity of information, generation of reports and integration with other business units.
Reporting to Engineering
Principal Accountabilities Manage and support the AX application and Equipment Administration Tool, including:
• Accurately maintain equipment Operating Expense Project Accounts within AX in accordance with global standards for Fixed, Mobile, Attachment, Transport and Bins throughout their complete operating lifecycle.
• Process administration changes in AX Projects for all requests received within the Equipment Administration Tool in a timely manner.
• Ensure financial dimension symmetry between AX and other finance and operations tools including Maintenance, Fixed Asset, Finance and Lease management applications.
• Collaborate with FP&A team to ensure consistent and standardised Operations Cost allocations for all equipment.
• Manage the Equipment Administration Tool utilized by operations teams to request administrative changes within AX, Maintenance, Fixed Asset, Finance and Lease management applications.
• Promote awareness and provide training for the Equipment Administration Tool.
• Cross train with Maintenance Administrator role to ensure back up between AX and MEX maintenance application support when required.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to build and generate Power BI reports including Equipment Full Life Cycle Operating Cost reports.
• Assist with AX software updates.

Experience Required
· Previous financial or maintenance system administration within an accounts payable or engineering office would be advantageous.
· A working knowledge of Excel and Database software would also be favourable.
