We are looking for a highly motivated Trade Show Specialist for our Guadalajara operations. The Trade Show Specialist will report to the Global Marketing Director and will manage and support a variety of communications activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event participation at conferences and trade shows, including attendance at events if required.
  • Execute trade show and conference participation:
  • Secure booth space, registrations, and necessary event accommodations
  • Coordinate logistics, including shipping, setup, and breakdown of exhibit materials
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the production of marketing materials
  • Facilitate team attendance by arranging schedules, coordinating speaking engagements and reviewing conference agendas 
  • Represent the company at events as needed, engaging with attendees and prospects
  • Track event performance, collect leads, and analyze outcomes to measure success
  • Project manage the development of collateral and messaging material.
  • Collect and analyze marketing reporting metrics across all marketing channels and systems (CRM, ClickDimensions, social media platform, Google Analytics, trade shows, etc.).
  • Organize changes and updates to the digital marketing library.
  • Plan, draft, and schedule social media posts. Monitor social media messaging and social listening tools.
  • Create and monitor paid social media posts and audiences.
  • Develop a systematic approach to track, monitor, and report competitor marketing activity.
  • Various administrative marketing tasks, including but not limited to lead data entry and distribution in the CRM platform, processing and tracking marketing expenses, monitoring the online presence of competitors, and distributing industry updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; Level 6 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or field with relevant transferable skills. Experience working in a remote, international team environment is preferred.
  • US Visa (unexpired). A U.S. visa is required, as the position involves participation in events or projects in the United States of America.
  • Experience working in a remote, international team environment preferred
  • Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as marketing automation software, basic design tools, distribution tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Formal educational credits in marketing and sales.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Creative approach to work, with the ability to utilize basic graphics and adhere to defined brand guidelines.
  • Candidate must live within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area or be willing to relocate.

Salary Range

25,000 to 30,000 MNX before taxes per month (depending on experience)
