SLS is looking for a Program Manager for a contract of at least 6 months.
Title: Program Manager
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX
Purpose of Role: The Program Manager is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new client programs, providing ongoing oversight to ensure program consistency and success, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation and execution of assigned programs and projects.
Reporting to: Global Client Success Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
- Understand all program requirements and communicate requirements to all applicable business teams.
- Create detailed program implementation plans and lead all program implementation meetings.
- Create the documentation needed to manage the program internally and externally (e.g., meeting minutes, process flows, etc.).
- Communicate effectively across all functional teams assigned to the program.
- Ensure all program timelines and milestones are met.
- Monitor program budget, revenue, and profitability.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients.
- Monitor the health of the program; create program updates and data reporting for QBRs, SLA management, etc.
- Ensure client satisfaction across the entire program.
- Coordinate logistics service providers and/or other subcontractors utilized to support the client’s program.
- Other duties as assigned
Key Relationships:
- Internal – Plant Manager, Client Operation Manager (US), Client Operations Team, Account Executives, Business Solutions Advisors, Receiving, Operations, Shipping, and other departments as needed.
- External – Clients, potential clients, and logistics carriers.
Experience/Qualification:
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills and Competencies:
- 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Dedicated team player.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to review and analyze data.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to manage changing priorities as programs evolve.
- Ability to create detailed project plans.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Prefer five years’ experience.
- Prefer Database creation and management.
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Work will be performed in a typical office environment.
- Time may be spent on the production floor to locate the material in question or interact with necessary operations and management personnel.
- Must be flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks and always interact professionally with clients.
Pay Range:
- 50,000 to 55,000 per month before taxes
