We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Administrator for our Guadalajara operations. The Logistics Administrator is responsible for managing routine orders. This role involves scheduling logistics, creating orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule logistics to ensure timely completion of pick-ups according to the client’s SOW/ SA SLAS
  • Answer client inquiries.
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, clients, and operations team members.
  • Resolve any issues or delays, including rescheduling services.
  • Maintain order management software with updates on pending logistics services.
  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain orders in ERP systems.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving any logistics-related issues.
  • Interface with clients to ensure proper receiving, processing, reporting, and invoicing of client materials; resolve related complaints.
  • Communicate customers’ timelines, special needs, instructions, and requirements to Operations teams.
  • Participate in reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure they effectively communicate client work instructions to the Operations teams.
  • Manage and approve client freight costs and coordinate logistics (I.e., schedule pickups, transfers, etc.) as required by the client, providing quotes, pickup forms, and placards.
  • Create and modify orders in the Company’s order management system.
  • Maintain and execute the recycling portal entries, order maintenance, and batching.
  • Provide data and/or reports needed for standard Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.
  • Research and resolve problems by working with various departments to ensure client assets are appropriately received, processed, reconciled, and settled within deadlines.
  • Work with other Account Administrators, Accounting, and Operations personnel to provide support on questions regarding orders that have come into the plant from different locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree; advanced diploma; Level 4 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree; Level 6 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Prior experience with logistics carriers is a plus.
  • Prior experience with CRM or project management software is a plus.
  • Two years of experience preferred.
  • Strong computer/systems experience and skills, including proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to professionally communicate at all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
  • Strong phone and e-mail communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, define, and problem-solve and to remain organized while multitasking.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish appropriate priorities.
  • Ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis. Deals with difficult situations while maintaining performance.
  • Candidate must live within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area or be willing to relocate.

Salary Range

  • 20,000 to 23,000 MNX before taxes per month
