We are looking for a highly motivated Integrated Marketing Specialist for our Guadalajara operations. The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing design projects, sales support, and market research tasks. The position requires experience in digital marketing, visual design, video production, and corporate communications, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Sales Support:
- Design flyers and promotional materials for sales support and events
- Create social media visuals for use on a variety of external platforms
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for training and research to be distributed to the commercial team
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to bring concepts to life in a visually engaging way
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
- Contribute to the development and evolution of brand assets and templates
Video Production & Editing:
- Coordinate the recording of video footage for use in social media, sales presentations and website content
- Manage and edit video content from storyboards as directed by marketing leadership
Event & Association Coordination:
- Facilitate elements of association activities as needed
- Coordinate local site events when required
Market & Competitor Research:
- Conduct market research to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Perform competitor research to analyze market positioning and competitive trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Level 6 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, project coordination, or a related role.
- US Visa (unexpired). A visa is required, as the position involves participation in various events or projects in the United States of America.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, visual design, video production, and corporate communications.
- Strong written and verbal skills demonstrated in communications.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects efficiently.
- Inclusive engagement with global departments and staff for content inclusion.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with leadership.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and change management best practices is a plus.
