Responsibilities
· Review, format, publish, and distribute global EHS communications.
· Coordinate translation of EHS documents.
· Maintain EHS document library on SharePoint.
· Contribute to EHS training module development.
· Support the administration of EHS training in the Learning Management System.
· Manage completion records and documentation for EHS training.
· Produce reports from the EHS data management system and Learning Management System.
· Provide EHS systems support to the global EHS and operations teams.
Skills
· High proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools.
· High proficiency in written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
· Training experience preferred.
· Data management system and/or learning management system experience preferred.
· Familiarity with business acumen and concepts of safe productivity.
· Ability to work effectively with broad range of individuals at multiple levels.
· Ability to manage change and adapt to ensure continual success.
· Self-starter with high level of resilience and ability to work independently with limited direction.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work in fast-paced environment.
