Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to safeguard our industrial property against fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic patrols of buildings and industrial sites.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure security.
• Enforce company policies by warning violators of infractions such as safety violations or trespassing.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or irregularities, including fire hazards and malfunctioning equipment.
• Respond to emergencies, contacting law enforcement or fire departments as necessary.
• Monitor departing personnel to prevent theft of company property.
• Maintain detailed records of security incidents, property damage, and other irregularities.
• Regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic at site entrances to ensure an orderly flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical school equivalent required.
• Prior security experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to walk and remain alert for extended periods.
• Must be able to respond quickly and effectively to security incidents.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and remain aware of surroundings.
• Must be physically capable of performing security-related tasks.
