The Human Resources (HR) team collaborate to help Sims attract, develop and retain a skilled workforce, supporting our mission to nurture a safe, diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.

This includes:

  • Partnering with business leaders to support day-to-day activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Managing Payroll, Reward + Benefits, and HRIS systems globally
  • Designing and implementing initiatives which help bring our culture to life
