Join our Yatala Team as a Weighbridge Operator / Administrator!

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a sharp eye for details and commitment to excellence to join our team.

Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will be the face of our weighbridge office. This is a varied role where you will manage customer and driver interactions, bulk shipping logistics, and essential administrative tasks. You will also support the wider yard team as the role evolves.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver timely and professional customer service
  • Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
  • Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
  • Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
  • Upholding a high focus on safety and assist with yard duties when needed.

 

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Strong background in customer service and admin.
  • Excellent numeracy, communication and Microsoft Office skills
  • Speed and accurate data entry skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a small team
  • Previous Weighbridge experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
