The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Supplier Services Support Coordinator/ Trading Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating administration and pricing functions across vendor and customer transactions.

You’ll work closely with Trading Managers, Representatives, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and effective communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process daily vendor and customer transactions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update pricing workbooks; distribute customer price listings promptly.
  • Prepare and issue monthly vendor intake reports; respond to vendor queries on payments, weigh tickets, and certificates of destruction.
  • Provide system support to weighbridge staff and deliver excellent internal/external customer service.
  • Collaborate with Trading Managers, Representatives, Financial Services, and the State Accountant to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor CRM and website activity, manage inbound inquiries, and generate leads for buyers.
  • Track and update unpriced ticket reports; support buyers in managing unpriced volumes.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
