We’re looking for an experienced HR Driver who takes pride in their work, enjoys being on the road, and wants to be part of a supportive, safety-focused team.
About the Role
This role will be primarily based out of our Wingfield yard and will involve early starts from 5-6am.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting full scrap metal bins and delivering empty bins safely and efficiently
- Following daily collection schedules and driver run sheets
- Keeping leadership informed of any incidents, compliance matters, or customer-related issues encountered during your run.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safe and responsible work practices in every task you undertake.
- Representing our company professionally as the face of our business on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Current HR licence with proven driving experience
- Experience operating a Hiab crane, rear lift, hook lift, or Morrell (preferred – full training provided for the right candidate)
- Ability to follow a run sheet while also thinking on your feet
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Ability to work independently, stay organised, and adapt to changing priorities
- A team player with a strong commitment to safe work practices
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
