We are seeking a Subcontractor Coordinator to join our operations team on a 12-month secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in a related role and would like to develop their skills and knowledge within the business. In this role, you’ll support the other departmental functions in the coordination of ITAD client programs received and processed within our regional subcontractor network in compliance with SLS’ operational standards and processes, ensuring a high-quality service meeting and exceeding our client and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & Review Operational SLA Reporting for regional sites
- Work with subcontractor-designated Operational points of contact to ensure SLS standard processes are being followed correctly and program requirements are consistently being met.
- Interpret client requirements such as the Works Orders and other contractual documents – Verify compliance to requirements through system checks & monitoring.
- Ensure quality control steps are in place to monitor and control data security processes, and validating data erasure processes are 100% accurate.
- Review all material audited and received through ERP systems for accurate reporting
- Maintain full lifecycle monitoring (from order creation through to final disposition), working with departmental representatives to ensure service expectations are met.
- Provide monitoring of stock age and support active resolution of aging materials through collaboration with Product Sales team.
- Provide dedicated, focused monitoring on key accounts.
- Review & define appropriate pricing groups for inbound ITAD material as needed.
- Maintain KPI and any other quality performance reporting, and support/host subcontractor KPI performance review meetings.
- Perform quality assurance checks on the audit process (check-in), refurbishment, reporting, and settlement.
- Communicate with Service Delivery representatives to ensure the client’s needs are being met.
- Monitor pipeline volumes relative to site capacities within the region.
- Maintain accurate capability measures as site profiles and services change.
- Escalate operational concerns to the Sub-Contractor Operations Manager to ensure necessary corrective and preventative actions are taken to address quality or service issues.
- Interact with Onboarding, Program, or Account Managers when questions arise about a Works Order received, or when unlisted material has been received onsite.
- Responsible for the timely administration of Fair Market Value pricing within the ERP system for the site(s), using standard or ad-hoc inputs from the Product Sales team on item values.
- Create and advise priorities for Remarketing via Weekly Sales Reports, Despatch Reports (Orders awaiting Shipping), and Stock-Age monitoring
- Monitor Stock levels by Route to Sale (Ecommerce-v-Wholesale), providing calibrated “safe-stock” level support.
- Carry out quality control checks on scrapped material to ensure compliance with EU Product Sales protocol and routing guidelines.
- Support the management of customer returns from subcontractors.
- Adopt a Client and customer-focused approach, and strive for continuous improvement with respect to performance indicators and methods used.
- Adopt formal Corrective and preventive action management to track improvement plans where necessary.
- Support the analysis of current operational processes and performance, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure SLA’s and any SLA related tasks are given high focus and are appropriately resourced, and prioritise subcontractor activities accordingly
- Ensure Subcontractor Coordinator KPI reporting and subcontractor quality routines are accurately documented and completed on time.
- Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reverse supply chain-associated role with a strong focus on Quality Control, or Planning / Scheduling.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate across the organizational functions and externally.
- Ability to take a risk-based approach to prioritization and focus.
- Strong understanding of the ITAD / Recycling business and services.
- Proven skills in quality assurance and planning
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Assessment techniques for creating, examining, and interpreting data.
This is a hybrid role, based from any SLS site.
