Your New Role
A new opportunity has become available to join our close-knit team at Wagga Wagga on a 7-month contract to cover maternity leave. This customer-facing role will enable you to further develop invaluable skills in the day to day running of our operations.
You will be responsible for the operation of the weighbridge office. Liaising with customers, processing payments, answering calls & record keeping.
Hours of Work: 8:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Contract end date: 06/02/2026
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Timely and professional customer service
- Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
- Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
- Maintaining an organized office, including organization of files and records
- Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
- Demonstrating a high focus on safety
- Processing of invoices & placing orders
To Be Successful in This Opportunity, You Will Have
- Proven customer service skills
- Great communication & numeracy skills
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel) and data entry
- Friendly telephone manner
- An organized approach, you will manage your time effectively
- Reliable and efficient team member
It Will Be Of Added Advantage If You Have
- EFT management experience
- Weighbridge experience advantageous but not essential
