We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Operator / Yard Hand to join our team at our St Marys Offline Recovery Plant. This is a day-shift role supporting plant operations through forklift operation, belt picking, and general yard duties, with regular overtime available.
You’ll be part of a practical, safety-focused team where consistency, teamwork, and a willingness to support different operational tasks are valued.
Hours of work
- Day shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm + overtime available
Your Responsibilities Will Include

Operating a forklift to load, unload and move materials around the plant

Belt picking and sorting materials along processing lines

Assisting with general yard and plant duties to support daily operations

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Following all safety procedures and site requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

A current Forklift (LF) licence

Experience in an industrial, recycling or processing environment (desirable)

A strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures

Reliability, good attendance, and a steady work ethic

Flexibility to support different operational tasks and participate in training as required
