Join our Rocklea Team as a Weighbridge Operator / Administrator

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator / Administrator to become an important part of our Rocklea team. Reporting to the Yard Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing customer and driver interactions, coordinating logistics, and keeping our busy weighbridge office running smoothly.
No two days are the same in this fast-paced and rewarding role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing outstanding customer service to drivers, customers, and visitors
- Operating the weighbridge and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with bulk shipping and logistics administration
- Keeping office files, systems, and records organised and up to date
- Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager and wider team
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety-first culture
- Jumping in to support the yard team when required
What you’ll bring:
- Highly accurate with strong data entry and numeracy skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
Bonus Points If You have:
Previous weighbridge experience (but don’t worry if you don’t, we’ll provide full training for the right person!)
