The role
Reporting to the National Transport Manager, we have an opportunity available to join our close-knit transport team. This position is responsible for ensuring Compliance and reporting is effective and timely for transport managers to review and action. This position can be located anywhere in Australia including NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and WA.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Ensure the Contractors are onboarded and off boarded ensuring all paperwork and insurance are complete and compliant.

Verifying contractor Management documents

Manage Internal reporting

Provide support to the Transport Managers across Australia and New Zealand

Conduct Administrational audits as required

Prepare contracts for contractors

Manage the administration process of rates and fuel levy.
Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in a similar position
-
Knowledge of relevant transport industry codes and legislation

Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
-
Excellent scheduling, planning, and time management skills
-
Good problem-solving skills and outstanding eye for detail.
