Maintenance System Coordinator | Join our Maintenance team based at the Rocklea site
Reporting to our State Engineer, you will be primarily tasked with our maintenance and operation of our stock systems. You will be rewarded with ongoing mentoring opportunities, working for a sustainable growing business with class-leading technology.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the State Engineer in ensuring all plant and equipment are maintained in safe, optimal working conditions.
- Coordinating the daily generation and distribution of work orders.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of maintenance records of all plant servicing requirements.
- Assisting in the organization and documentation of plant and equipment inspections.
- Generating and maintaining comprehensive maintenance schedules.
- Assisting with the training and onboarding of maintenance staff and contractors.
- Monitoring contractor adherence to company induction systems and safety standards
- Creating purchase orders and managing workflows within the SAP system.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Previous experience with MEX Maintenance and SAP systems
- Demonstrated IT skills incl. spread sheeting (Excel) and database management
- Experience with invoicing, purchase order, and inventory management
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A track record of working effectively with minimal supervision and meeting strict deadlines.
- A proactive passion for contributing to a safe and compliant working environment
