MC Driver – A Double Operations (Victoria)

We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join our growing transport operations in Victoria. With four new A Double units arriving in July-August, we are commencing recruitment now to ensure our team is fully prepared for operational start-up and to minimise any disruption to service delivery.

These positions will play a key role in transferring stock between our feeder yards and processing facilities, supporting the continued growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Safely and efficiently operating A Double combinations to transport stock between designated feeder yards and sites.
  • Ensuring timely and professional service to internal and external customers.
  • Working in accordance with daily transport schedules and operational requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with management regarding operational issues, industry activity, site concerns, safety matters, or environmental considerations.
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhering to company safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.
  • Assisting with yard duties and other operational tasks as required.
  • Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.

To Be Successful in This Opportunity, You Will Have:

  • A current and unrestricted MC Licence.
  • Previous experience operating A Double, B Double, or other multi-combination vehicles.
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing transport and operational requirements.
  • A reliable work ethic and professional attitude.
