What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trading Cadet, you’ll rotate across various areas of the business, including:

  • Operations: Roll up your sleeves and get involved in plant operations, learning how we process scrap metal.
  • Trading & Customer Relations: Develop expertise in buying, selling, and trading metals, managing customer portfolios, and growing your sales skills.
  • Transport & Weighbridge: Dive into the logistics side of the business, understanding how we move materials and manage weights for trading accuracy.
  • Finance & Admin: Gain insight into the financial side, supporting trading decisions and understanding the administrative backbone of the business.
  • Safety & Sustainability: Ensure every task aligns with safety and environmental practices, key to everything we do.
