We’re looking for a confident Plant Operator/Forklift Operator to join our tight-knit team in Milperra, working a dedicated afternoon shift with overtime opportunities.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who prefers later starts, enjoys practical yard work, and values consistent hours with the option to earn overtime.

 

Hours of Work

  • Afternoon shift starting 2pm–4pm, finishing 10pm–12am + overtime available

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Operate a forklift & skid steer to load, move and stockpile material and manage bins around the plant
  • Operate and monitor granulation and fixed plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient and consistent production
  • Monitor output quality and make basic adjustments to optimise performance
  • Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping around the granulator area
  • Follow all site safety, environmental and operational procedures at all times

 

To Be Successful in This Opportunity, You Will Have

  • Forklift license/ticket (highly regarded - training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to undertake training to diversify your skill
  • Excellent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
