Your new role

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Supervisor to join our Milperra team, where you will coordinate a multi-disciplined team to manage day-to-day maintenance, including breakdowns and preventative scheduled works.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively manage team and tasks to ensure KPI’s are being met.

  • Provide Leadership and supervision to our maintenance team, promoting a safety first work culture within the team, proactively identifying and implementing safety improvements when required

  • Maintaining records of all plant and equipment maintenance through MEX software

  • Arranging and leading pre-starts, with a focus on safety messaging and work scheduling

  • Maintain workshop tooling and critical spare parts

 

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Australian recognised Trade qualifications as an Electrician, Mechanical Fitter, or Boilermaker

  • Demonstrated experience with maintenance and fault finding in a heavy industry environment

  • Experience coordinating and supervising maintenance teams

  • Comfortable using Maintenance systems i.e. MEX, CMMS, or similar

  • Availability to work overtime and on Saturdays when required

It will be an added advantage if you have:

  • EWP + Working at Heights Certification

  • Forklift License
