It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of learning. You’ll get real-world experience across operations, finance, inventory and commercial to help you understand not just how the numbers work, but how the whole business moves. From day one, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and working side-by-side with the teams that keep our business running.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll rotate across key areas of the business to develop skills in:
- Inventory Operations: Support the accuracy and integrity of stock data, assist with cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and help drive process improvements.
- Finance & Reporting: Learn how the numbers tie to physical operations through reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
- Business Systems & Processes: Use systems (e.g. SAP, Excel) to manage inventory flows, costing, and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with commercial, transport, finance and operations to understand how inventory fits into the bigger picture.
