What you'll be doing
- Allocation & Service Design: Identify and deliver flexible, effective allocation models that uncover new service opportunities across the network
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong working relationships with delivery partners across sales and operations, both within Sims and across the broader business
- Customer Communication: Keep customer communications timely and accurate, aligning every allocation decision with the goal of exceeding customer expectations
- Forward Planning: Plan ahead to keep logistics and resource allocation efficient and effective, anticipating demand before it becomes a problem
- Order Fulfilment: Schedule orders effectively to maximise volume, profitability, and customer service outcomes
- Compliance & Safety: Execute allocations within Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVR fatigue management frameworks, keeping compliance front of mind in every decision
About you
- Fleet allocation and scheduling capability (highly desired)
- Strong awareness of Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management requirements
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
