Your new role

Are you passionate about people, culture and creating meaningful employee experiences?

 

In this newly created role reporting to the Global Director, Culture, you will work closely with stakeholders across APAC to support the delivery of culture initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, inclusion and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across People & Culture while developing your project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supporting the implementation of the organisation's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
  • Coordinating the APAC Cadet and Graduate Program
  • Developing communication resources, including leader toolkits, presentations and employee communications
  • Supporting the delivery of regional leadership and capability development programs
  • Tracking employee engagement and culture initiatives and reporting on progress
  • Providing project coordination and administrative support for culture initiatives across APAC
  • Contributing ideas and recommendations to enhance employee experience and program effectiveness

 

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

 

  • A genuine passion for people, culture and inclusion
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting projects and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously
  • A keen interest in finding insights from data, with previous data analysis experience desirable
  • Effective communication skills, you enjoy writing engaging communications and crafting presentations
  • A keen interest in finding insights from data, to inform future initiatives
  • Completed your tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
