The Role:

The Global Process Owner P2P & O2C, is pivotal in shaping our future - you’ll be the architect of process standardisation, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. This role can be based anywhere in Australia or in Claremont, New Jersey and involves occasional international travel between Australia, India and the U.S.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team of ~10
  • Oversee end-to-end P2P and O2C processes across regions and delivery partners
  • Set the vision, KPIs, and governance frameworks for process performance
  • Drive process transformation, automation, and technology adoption
  • Build strong cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships
  • Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and best-practice execution
  • Represent P2P/O2C in transformation programs and governance forums

 

 

About You:

You’ll bring deep expertise and leadership in global P2P and O2C processes, ideally within a multinational or complex organisational structure.

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in global P2P and O2C leadership (outsourced or hybrid models)
  • Strong background in process improvement, innovation, and customer centricity
  • Experience building and leading global teams
  • Skilled at aligning improvements with strategic business goals
  • High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and ability to lead in a complex environment
