The role:

This role is essential to the Group's financial performance by providing insights, accurate reporting, and strategic support for decision-making. It collaborates across teams to optimise value, leverage technology and drive innovation in FP&A practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and communicate financial results, provide insights to the ELT, and sponsor performance improvement initiatives.
  • Implement best-practice FP&A reporting methodologies, including AI and ML, to deliver value-added insights.
  • Develop reporting frameworks for strategic initiatives working closely with the  Valuation Director and team.
  • Establish consistent, accurate management reporting, and coach finance teams on compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Oversee critical deliverables, including flash reports, executive summaries, and investor relations materials.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality budgets and forecasts, with clear presentation of financial outcomes.
  • Mentor FP&A resources, promote succession planning, and ensure continuity through cross-training.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing teams in an ASX-listed or global organisation.
  • Expertise in management reporting and best practices.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to excellence with a strong service ethic.
