Your new role
Are you customer service-focused with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence? Then join our dynamic Kwinana team as a Weighbridge Operator!
Your responsibilities will include:

Timely and professional customer service
-
Weighing trucks and vehicles in and out of the facility
-
Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
-
Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
-
Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
-
Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
-
Assisting with split shift shipping operations from time to time.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
-
Proven customer service skills
-
Excellent communication & numeracy skills
-
Strong computer skills, specifically data entry, speed and accuracy
-
Experience with Microsoft Office
-
Flexibility with changing work hours
-
Ability to work as part of a small team
-
Friendly telephone manner
-
An organised approach, you will manage your time effectively
-
Previous experience operating a weighbridge will be highly advantageous but is not essential
