Your new role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated and experienced Electrician to work for the WA maintenance team, based in Kwinana Beach.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in maintaining and repairing electrical systems within a busy manufacturing/industrial environment.

You will be rewarded with ongoing mentoring opportunities, working for a sustainable growing business in a supportive and friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide assistance with plant and equipment breakdowns by troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Coordinating a small team and work under limited supervision

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

Trade qualification with industrial experience
A current driver’s license
Proven experience in an industrial/mining setting
Experience working within a team, other contractors
Sound knowledge of electrical systems and machinery
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong focus on safety, with sound understanding of Workplace health and safety
Flexibility to work overtime as required
