We're seeking a motivated and experienced Electrician to join our WA Maintenance Team based in Kwinana Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently and reliably while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting faults and restoring operations quickly and safely.
  • Leading and coordinating a small team while working with limited supervision.
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance across site assets.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on industrial plant and equipment.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Working closely with operations, maintenance teams and contractors to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements.

 

To Be Successful in This Opportunity, You Will Have:

 

  • Electrical trade qualifications with industrial maintenance experience.
  • Proven experience within an industrial, manufacturing or mining environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, plant and machinery.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and contractors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine commitment to safety and workplace compliance.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
