  • Transport and Logistics
  • Weighbridge Operations
  • Trading and Commercial Operations
  • Administration and Business Support
  • Frontline Leadership and Supervision

Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll develop operational, commercial and leadership skills while learning the fundamentals of the recycling industry.

What you will bring

  • Recently completed tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
  • Previous work experience, internships, casual employment or industry exposure will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of the business.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Desire to build a long-term career in operations and leadership.

If you have a strong desire to learn, grow and develop into a future leader, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and start your career journey with Sims Metal.
