Are you ready to lead a busy IT asset recycling site and make sure every piece of equipment is processed efficiently and safely?

Sims Lifecycle Services B.V. in Son en Breugel (Eindhoven) is looking for a Site Manager to run daily operations for a team of 70 employees. We operate in a multicultural, dynamic environment and we have doubled our team size in less than a year. As Site Manager, you work in a matrix organization and you’ll collaborate closely with a.o. HR, EHS, Accounting, Commerce and Field Services.

 In this hands-on role, you will:

• Plan and organize all operational activities on site;
• Manage and coach the operations and office teams;
• Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing IT equipment;
• Direct warehouse logistics, inventory, and equipment maintenance;
• Monitor and improve productivity, workflow, and quality;
• Enforce safety rules and EHS compliance;
• Handle budgets, costs, and purchase orders;
• Solve operational issues quickly and effectively;
• Report results and KPIs to the Operations Director in the UK.

What do you bring?

• Experience with IT equipment handling, recycling, or similar operations;
• Hands-on leadership in a production or warehouse environment;
• Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with process improvement and team management;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Degree in Business or similar is a plus.

• Gross annual salary between € 80.000, - and € 103.000, - (excl. 8% holiday allowance);
