What are you going to do?

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead the operational team at our Son en Breugel location. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager, and together with the Transport Planners and Operations Coordinator you make sure to keep everything running smoothly.

Safety, quality, and productivity are your top priorities. You keep an overview, manage processes, and continuously seek improvements.

What You’ll Do

✔ Lead a team of 30 production employees and 1 Lead Operator

✔ Ensure all operational processes run smoothly and safely

✔ Drive process improvements and increase efficiency

✔ Motivate your team day to day to achieve both team and company goals

✔ Oversee daily planning together with the team leaders

✔ Be present on the work floor and step in where needed

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is a global company specializing in sustainable IT recycling and the reuse of electronic devices. What You Bring

🔹 At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment

🔹 Knowledge of operations processes

🔹 Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset

🔹 Ability to quickly understand and implement new processes

🔹 Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

🔹 Full-time availability (40 hours per week) on location

💰 Salary between € 3.400 - € 4.000 gross monthly (based on 40 working hours a week, excluding 8% holiday allowance)

📅 26 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
