Operations Program Manager - Rack Renew

With our global reach, expertise, and infrastructure, SLS is able to provide a comprehensive solution for e-waste and IT asset disposition anywhere in the world.

We are looking for an Operations Program Manager, Rack Renew – Europe for initial 6-months project to lead the operational coordination of our innovative Rack Renew program. In this role, you will work across Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure the successful build and delivery of refurbished racks across Europe.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the end-to-end build program for up to 60 racks
• Drive planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory, logistics, and reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve operational challenges
• Support the implementation and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Help create efficient, scalable processes for future program growth

What we're looking for

• Experience in project/program coordination within a technical, manufacturing, refurbishment, logistics, or infrastructure environment
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory, procurement, materials planning, and logistics processes
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Ability to work across functions and drive activities to completion

📍 Location: Europe
✈️ Travel: Approximately 2-5 onsite visits per month at our site in the Netherlands and to other sites in EMEA as required.
