What are you going to do?
As a Lead Operator, you’ll lead the department called Reverse Logistics at our Son en Breugel location. You’ll report to the Operations Supervisor, and together with the other Lead Operators, you make sure that the products get processed in a timely and correct manner.
What You’ll Do
✔ Lead a team of 20 Operators
✔ Ensure the operational processes run smoothly and safely
✔ Motivate the team to achieve both team and company goals
✔ Take part in daily planning meetings with the planning team and the other Lead Operators
✔ Be present on the work floor and step in where needed
✔ Monitor the company policies and procedures regarding Environment, Health and Safety

What You Bring
🔹 MBO-3 working and thinking level or experience equivalent to this
🔹 Three years of experience in managing diverse teams
🔹 Knowledge of logistical processes
🔹 Leadership skills and a result-driven mindset
🔹 Affinity with technology and electronics
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a pre)
What We Offer
💰 Salary between €2.700 EUR and €3.200 gross monthly (based on 40 working hours a week, excluding 8% holiday allowance)
📅 26 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
🚗 Travel allowance (€ 0.22 per km)
