Are you an experienced and highly independent HR Advisor who is strong both in an advisory and administrative role? You will report to the HR Manager EU and work closely with, among others, the Operations Manager, Site Manager, and a team of approximately 60 employees at our site near Eindhoven, as well as 10 employees at our hub in Amsterdam.
What will you do?
Your role will include a mix of operational and tactical HR activities, such as:
- Acting as the first point of contact for SLS Netherlands for both management and employees on all HR-related topics;
- Submitting HR changes and checking payroll in the global payroll system;
- Managing HR activities from A to Z, both administratively and advisory-wise – including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, personnel files, employee development, performance management, compensation, absenteeism, and offboarding;
- Supervising and dividing tasks with the HR Assistant who supports HR activities for 16 hours per week;
- Advising site management on labor laws and regulations and on more complex HR challenges, including developing concrete action plans;
- Managing and maintaining contact with external parties such as the occupational health service, temporary employment agencies, pension funds, and the A+O training fund.

ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) is a structured process that determines how hardware should be processed safely and in an environmentally responsible way, including data erasure and final destruction. What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s level of working and thinking (HBO);
- Due to the independent nature of this role, at least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR position is required;
- In-depth knowledge of current Dutch labor laws and regulations;
- Knowledge of payroll administration, including submitting changes and checking global payroll;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: clear communication, a pleasant manner with colleagues, and integrity when handling confidential information;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English; the working language within the organization is English.

- A gross monthly salary between € 3,750 and € 4,500, depending on experience, excluding 8% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour work week;
