You’ll be key in driving fleet performance, compliance, people leadership, and strong contractor partnerships.

About the Role

  • Strengthen contractor relationships and ensure contracts are followed
  • Use data and analytics to improve performance
  • Foster a team culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement

About You
We’re seeking a strong operational leader who gets results.  Someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and thrive on improving performance, building motivated teams, and using data to make smarter decisions.

  • Proven experience in transport or logistics leadership
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and heavy vehicle compliance
  • Experience managing fleet performance and transport KPIs
  • Budget and financial management skills
  • Confidence with IVMS/GPS systems and transport analytics
  • Ability to lead high-performing, inclusive teams
