We’re looking for a Purchasing Officer to join our Brooklyn-based VIC/TAS team. This role will play an important part in supporting our day to day purchasing, administration and business operations (Commercial & Operations).
This is a varied role where you’ll work across purchase orders, supplier management, administration and stakeholder support, while building your knowledge of our operations and commercial processes. The role will also provide the opportunity to gain exposure to other support functions across the business, giving you variety in your day to day work and the chance to broaden your skills and experience.

The Role
You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure purchasing activities are managed efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Supporting purchasing activities in line with company processes and requirements.
- Working with internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing queries.
- Liaising with suppliers and assisting with invoice and payment queries.
- Coordinating supplier quotes, samples and information as required.
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records and supporting reporting and administration.
- Providing broader administrative and operational support across the team when required.
About You
You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing a range of priorities.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ideally have experince in SAP (training can be provided)
- Confident communication and relationship building skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working with systems, processes and data.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- An interest in developing your purchasing and commercial knowledge.
Previous purchasing experience is desirable but not essential. We’re open to candidates from administration, coordination, customer service or operational backgrounds who are looking to take the next step and develop their purchasing skills.
