We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our Bell Bay, Tasmania team as a Weighbridge Operator.

This great full time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to be part of an industry that makes a real environmental impact.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a timely, professional manner
  • Processing payments in line with customer trading terms
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Keeping the weighbridge office neat, organised and running smoothly
  • Supporting the Yard Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Always putting safety first – for yourself, your team and our customers

  • Great customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  • Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
  • Confidence using computers – especially for data entry
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do approach
  • Strong attention to detail and great time management
