Your responsibilities will include:

• Timely and professional customer service
• Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
• Accurate record-keeping in line with company requirements
• Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
• Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
• Demonstrating a high focus on safety

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience handling accounts and invoicing 
• Demonstrated Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
• Reliable and efficient team player
• Good communication and customer-facing skills

Desirable criteria:

• Cash management experience
• Previous experience operating a weighbridge
