We are seeking a high-impact Business Support Analyst to join our team and serve as a critical bridge between operations and our new enterprise system, AMCS. This role is crucial for ensuring stability, effective utilization, and continuous improvement of the system across our Operations and Commercial functions, particularly during and following the phased rollout of our Keystone Project initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the primary point of contact for AMCS issues, driving timely triage, investigation, and resolution during Hypercare and BAU phases.
  • Analyse system data trends, incidents, and user adoption metrics to develop and present strategic reports to senior leadership.
  • Act as a critical local liaison for the implementation, focusing on cutover verification and data migration integrity.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and develop comprehensive training programs (job aids, guides, etc.,) to maximise system adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders to standardize business processes and maintain high data quality and integrity for core global data elements.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven hands-on ability to create business requirements documents and detailed process maps/models.
  • Strong background or certification in Business Analysis.
  • Highly developed analytical skills combined with consultative communication and the confidence to advise and challenge best practices.

 

Desirable criteria:

  • Familiar with IT Service Management platform (e.g., Cherwell)
  • Previous experience supporting or implementing major enterprise resource planning or specialised logistics/commercial systems
  • Experience in formal training delivery or instruction, especially in a business or software context.
  • Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant field)
