  • Site SHECS
    • Implementation and managing all National SHECS procedures
    • Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local Regulations
    • SHECS training for all employees
  • Operational Performance of Facilities
    • Meeting all production goals and targets
    • Managing all shredder operations to ensure sales and logistics goals are met
    • Scheduling of work and employees
    • Staffing of facilities to ensure proper coverage
    • Managing to ensure timely movement of material and all regulations are maintained.
    • Meeting sales goals through efficient processing of material
    • Acts as liaison to counterparts to achieve goals
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory
    • Responsible for all reporting and recordkeeping
    • Ensure compliance with scale/metal theft SOP
  • Asset Health (Fixed & Mobile)
    • Maintains fixed assets register to ensure accuracy
    • Responsible for ensuring timely and proper maintenance of all equipment
  • Budgeting and forecasting of expenses including execution of annual capital budget
  • Compliance with all policies/procedures.  Implementation of company initiatives.
