Are you an experienced and problem-solving Team Leader who would like to work in an international team in the field of IT equipment at Sims Lifecycle Services in Son en Breugel (near Eindhoven)? Then apply immediately for the position of Team Leader!
You report to the Operations Manager and independently lead a team of approximately 15 employees (production employees and technicians). You can work closely together to ensure that the team works as efficiently as possible and follows the correct procedures while motivating employees with your personal approach.
What are you going to do;
- Together with the Operations manager, you are responsible for the planning and efficient processing of all IT equipment to meet the SLA requirements of customers;
- Drawing up protocols for handling server and storage equipment;
- Work closely with the operations team to provide customer-focused solutions and services necessary to meet customer requirements;
- Setting goals for employees and constantly motivating and guiding the team in the field of skills, training and personal development;
- Monitoring the company policy in the areas of Occupational Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment.

This includes recycling, reselling or securely destroying data and equipment. ITAD stands for IT Asset Disposition and is a kind of roadmap that maps out how the hardware should be processed safely and environmentally friendly, including data deletion and destruction.
Who do you bring?
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or in a similar position;
- Knowledge of IT equipment and interest in technology;
- Very good knowledge of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
- A clear quality for planning production work and adjusting priorities due to unexpected deliveries;
- Dexterity with computer systems.
You will work at our large and beautiful location in Son en Breugel (near Eindhoven) with working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Perfect to combine with your private life!
What do we offer?
- Competitive salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.500,- per month based on 40 working hours week;
- 8% holiday pay, 26 days of leave per year, based on full-time employment;
- Commuting costs of 0.22 cents per km;
